It’s an honour for me to get the privilege to write a note on behalf of the Newcastle Law Academy (West), a recognised teaching centre of the University of London, which is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious universities in the world. It is to be noted that until recently we had been known as “Cambridge Business and Law Academy.”
We are here to ensure the best possible environment for our students with all the educational supports and facilities that they require to become the best at what they do. We are the only academy having a pass rate of 80% in the University of London International Programmes. We are also working closely with the EducationUSA of the US Embassy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on the aspect of legal education in the United States of America. We are assisting students to get connected with various US Universities both at the undergraduate and post graduate level if they are interested to study the US law. We have got direct contacts with more than 10 high ranked universities in the UK who take interested students directly from us in case our students want to transfer their credit at any stage of their LLB studies. For professional lawyers and advocates, we have our exclusive BTT course by completing which they can become Barristers of the England and Wales.
Having formed in November 2014, we have come a long way in just over a period of 6 years, Alhamdulillah. Our Founder Principal Barrister M. A. Zafer founded the biggest name in the history of British legal study in Bangladesh, Newcastle, back in the year 1999. Now our management is being run by more than 15 dynamic young barristers and since our inception in 2014/2015 we have produced 50+ barristers and 500+ graduates, which speaks for itself.
